There is a regular bus line from the airport to Minsk, and you can use it, but it will not take you directly to your flat and finally, having taken a taxi to the center, you will not save. Certainly, it is possible to take a taxi directly in the airport (there are many of them), but itll cost you more, and nobody will give guarantees of safety. So it is better to use the service of transfer from the airport.

Anyone staying more than three days in Belarus must register with the local police office (OVIR) in the district in which they are staying. If you are staying in a hotel this will be arranged by the hotel. If you are staying in an apartment this must be organised by us.Our registration service is free-of-charge, but you will need to pay around 7 dollars tax, if you have a visa other than tourist. If you have tourist visa it is free-of-charge.
